Course Description: The greatest hindrance to progression lies when we devalue and exclude employees because they are different. Treating people unfairly also places limitations on their contributions and ability to grow. This course will explore the subtle ways that these limitations occur and how to combat them by fostering an environment that focuses on building respectful interactions.

This course qualifies for 2 IAIP Education hours for CLP, DAE and CIIP designations. We are offering this CLP course for free to members. Regular pricing applies to non-members.
