Stephanie Bartley

Liberty Mutual Insurance

 

Stephanie is a Regional Consultant at Liberty Mutual Insurance. Based in Orange, CA, she brings 8 years of experience at Liberty Mutual and prior experience in aircraft manufacturing & IT industries. Having managed account-level service as a field consultant in Indianapolis, IN for several years, Stephanie's WC specialty areas include ergonomics, slips and falls, behavior-based safety, retail, warehousing, and manufacturing. She is a Six-Sigma Green Belt and has completed her ARM designation.

 

Today, she provides coaching for Liberty Mutual's Risk Control field staff through California (Pacific Region), and also coordinates region- and country-wide Risk Control projects. Her focus is now on partnering with agencies to raise awareness of Risk Control strategies they can use to impact their book of business growth, performance, and client service.

 

In her free time, Stephanie is a director/co-founder of a national governing body for collegiate running clubs. She also loves being active outdoors and enjoys trail running, cycling, and camping with her husband, Ben, and goldendoodle, Toby. Her favorite Southern California trails are those at and around Lake Cuyamaca, outside of San Diego.
